  1. Client completes the inquiry form on our website.

  2. A team member reaches out to book a free discovery call.

  3. On the discovery call, we will get to know the client, where they currently are in their business, their goals, and discuss potential plans of action.

  4. Following the call, the team prepares a custom proposal

  5. The client signs the contract and initiates automatic payments for the payment plan.

  6. A team member creates a custom Notion portal for the project.

  7. The team begins in-depth brand strategy research for the client and presents it in a “brand guidelines” PDF to the client.

  8. The team makes any necessary edits and then begins the design process.
